Kassie’s Closet Launches, Helps Socials Get Styled

Last Thursday night at Fathom Gallery was the launch of Kassie’s Closet, an online shopping and styling portal that delivers fully styled custom outfits and accessories from professional stylists to your inbox every day of week.

After more than ten years in the online fashion industry — and selling her popular shoe boutique and line, SimplySoles — ever-entrepreneur Kassie Rempel started Kassie’s Closet to “[try] to reach the everyday woman who should look good and feel confident.”

The website gives women a variety of styles to choose from, ranging from professional, to date night, to weekend chic. But Kassie’s Closet also takes this one step further… allowing clients to choose professionally styled outfits based on individualities such as body and skin type and buy their favorite items straight from the website.

The Kassie’s Closet launch party partnered with Suited for Change, a DC based organization that assists low-income women through suiting and job readiness education programs, and featured models wearing the season’s hottest fashions styled by Kassie’s team.

What to look for this fall: Danielle Lancaster, a professional stylist of six years, suggests incorporating a statement piece with an outfit, preferably a vintage one, which she often finds in Old Town Alexandria. Kassie’s own favorite article for fall include leather pants!
