Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Globetrotter Bull Bullard Back in Action, “Holding on For Dear Life” on DC Segway Tour

Remember that Harlem Globetrotter that survived a dunking accident earlier this season??  Yes, a dunking accident.

Bull Bullard is up and spinning again — “holding on for dear life” — during a Segway riding tour through DC’s landmarks earlier this week.  The Globetrotter who admitted he was “pretty nervous” because he’d “never rode a Segway before” came to town for a little sightseeing and a little promotion in advance of the Globetrotters arrival this weekend.

No mishaps this time!  Though Bull did have a little run-in with an officer…

All in all, there will be a total of three Globetrotter games in DC area:

  • 3/15 , at the Verizon Center at 1 p.m.
  • 3/15 , at the Patriot Center at 7:30 p.m.
  • 3/16 , Patriot Center  16 at 2 p.m.
