Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. A True Hollywood Halloween

While I’ll admit that Halloween parties in the District have come a long way, nothing beats a true Hollywood Halloween out in L.A.!

Rodrigo Garcia and I flew out to California planning to attend a charity party at the one and only Playboy Mansion… but made some quick redirections when we found out that we could attend Marilyn Manson’s mega party at the Roosevelt Hotel.

It was incredible – as are all parties I’ve attended at the Roosevelt. Thousands of fun people, awesome costumes, rockin’ music all over the ENTIRE hotel, and Marilyn Manson!

We checked out some of the nightclub scene as well, but Manson’s party was the place to be this Halloween. Check it out a bit for yourself!
