Eight popular District bars are teaming up for a tasting tour of eight specialty margaritas during the first annual DC Margarita March on Saturday, April 27th. Participants enjoy a different 12-ounce pour of Mexico’s favorite cocktail as they journey from venue to venue. A portion of ticket sales will benefit Inspirational Medicine and Washington Literacy Center, leading local non-profit organizations that directly support vulnerable populations in Baltimore and Washington DC.   The Margarita March gets participants into the Cinco de Mayo spirit eight days early with Mariachi music along with specials on beers, food pairings and the featured margaritas.
