Punch Bowl Social To Revel in its Grand Opening Party for Charity

Posted on December 3, 2018 in Around Town, Charitable Involvement, Dish, Parties/Events

Punch Bowl Social — a new (and huge!) restaurant, bar and entertainment destination will open in Arlington’s Ballston Quarter on Saturday, December 8th.

This place is three stories of shenanigans, including two private karaoke rooms, multiple bars, a bocce ball court, patio seating, a classic diner, and even an intimate Holiday Lodge with fireplace.

It’s all about fun and food; There will be punchy pours of craft beverages and creative non-alcoholic cocktails as well as delicious dishes and shareables —  try the Chicken-n-Waffles or the Fried Bologna Sandwich!

Guests will find the venue equal parts circus and social, reveling in vintage Big Top décor while amusing themselves with on-site bowling, ping pong, skee-ball, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, bocce ball, vintage arcade games and more. Don’t expect lion tamers or contortionists (unless they’re part of your party), but get excited for trapeze-inspired light fixtures, circus animal accessories, and antique funhouse mirrors.

And you don’t even have to jump through a ring of fire to attend the Grand Opening Celebration as a VIP. To celebrate its opening with Punch Bowl Social Arlington, simply donate $20 suggested entry toward a ticket for the grand opening party on December 8th at 7pm, which will benefit local non-profit So Others Might Eat.

Arlington’s Punch Bowl Social marks the brand’s 15th location and its first in the mid-Atlantic region.  Since opening its first location in Denver in 2012, Punch Bowl Social properties have popped up nationwide in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Portland, OR, Sacramento, San Diego; Schaumburg, IL and Stapleton, CO.
