There’s a “green wolf” in the neighborhood!

Lupo Verde (which translates to Green Wolf) is a dining place and cheese shop with a cozy, gated outdoor patio, which was set to open mid-December in DC’s bustling 14th Street neighborhood.

Med Lahlou and Antonio Matarazzo, of the Lalou Group, are opening the hundred seat Italian restaurant — their fourth local concept — which features a variety of small plates, house-made charcuteries, cheeses, breads and antipasti; wood-fired pizzas, paninis and salads at lunch; and house-made pastas, whole roasted fish and a premiere selection of meats during dinner.  Expect a wine list made up overwhelmingly of Italian varietals.
