DC Councilmember David Catania was spotted at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s 11th annual Night of Hope Gala Saturday evening.  At the circus-themed event, the politician talked a little about his work with local healthcare initiatives — and why he might have to search for sweets after the meal!
