The popular foodie event will take place in the heart of Georgetown, on K Street NW, between Wisconsin Avenue and Thomas Jefferson Street along the scenic Georgetown Waterfront. The longstanding event is presented and sponsored annually by the Georgetown Business Improvement District (BID) and benefits the homeless support services of the Georgetown Ministry Center. The event began over 20 years ago by Grace Episcopal Church and its former rector David Bird and congregant Robert Egger, who went on to establish DC Central Kitchen.

In conversation with Mary Beth Albright, food writer for National Geographic, food attorney, former restaurant critic and finalist on Food Network Star, Sietsema, Sidman, Gans, Kliman, and Richman will talk about becoming food critics, fascinating experiences while on the job, insights on trends and Washington and Northern Virginia’s ever-evolving dining scene, from brick-and-mortar spots to pop ups, food trucks and everything in between.
