• Capitol Hill insiders know about Tortilla Coast, a hidden spot behind the House Office buildings.  Diplomatically speaking, it’s the perfect place to talk politics while sharing a pitcher.
• Lauriol Plaza is a constant – and consistent – favorite.  Though frozen margs are often ordered, their classic cocktail on the rocks (salt, no salt) sure satisfies!
