Kastles Announce New Custom Stadium at “The Wharf”

On Monday, the Washington Kastles announced that they will play the 2011 and 2012 seasons in a new and specially constructed location in Southwest Washington, DC known as “The Wharf.”


“We are very excited to announce that we are building Kastles Stadium at The Wharf,” announced Kastles owner Mark Ein via his Facebook page.  “I think our everyone (sic) will love this spectacular new location right on the Southwest Waterfront and we are thrilled to be part of the rebirth of this part of town.”


Kastles Stadium at the Wharf is on the site of the former Hogates Restaurant, is accessible via metro and features underground parking.


The 2011 season runs from July 4-24.
