Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. If you went to enjoy the Nats/Phillies game last Friday, perhaps you stopped by The Bullpen before taking your seats. No, not to heckle the starting pitchers during his warm-up… to enjoy food, drink and fun! The Bullpen is Bo Blair’s newest entertainment venue just out side of Nationals Stadium. K Street Kate’s own Victoria Sanders was on hand to catch the excitement of The Bullpen’s opening day:

‘Fools and Horses’ had people dancing with their catchy songs and high energy. The delicious smell of hot dogs, kettle corn and tacos drifted all around. Lines formed for the opportunity to get involved in the Under Armour and Headfirst Camps interactive games and challenges. And in the beer garden, Nationals and Phillies fans alike gathered together to enjoy food and drinks as the game played out on numerous TV screens.
