Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. The cupcake craze continues!
NYC-based Crumbs cupcakery celebrates the opening of its first of seven DC locations in Penn Quarter Friday morning (11.19.10) with a 1,000 free cupcake giveaway starting at 7 AM. Flavors include Caramel Apple, Chocolate Pecan Pie and S’mores.
Crumbs is located at 604 11th Street NW. Future locations are in the works for Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, downtown, Cleveland Park, Reston, Clarendon and Rockville.
