Thursday’s Tim Coburn Photography exhibit at L2 Lounge was the evening’s artistic afterparty. Coming from the night’s other creative cocktail events – and dodging an uncharacteristic DC summer monsoon – the city’s socially stellar sought respite with beats by DJ Neekola and images that could only have been created by the master himself.
Unassuming yet unconventional, Coburn captures personalities, then forces them to jump off the printed page.
