Last Saturday, February 23, Boffi Georgetown partnered with the 2019 Architecture & Design Film Festival DC to offer DC’s design community — including private clients, area architects and design professionals — a chance to network around food and film.

Starting with a hosted brunch in their Georgetown showroom, Boffi offered tastes by Flamant, followed by a private screening of Mies On Scene: Barcelona in Two Acts, directed by Xavi Camprecios & Pep Martin at the National Building Museum.

“It’s not just about branding and products,” said Boffi CEO Davide Cremese, about the event partnership with the Film Festival, which is new to DC, but has a tradition for a few years when the festival happens in New York.  “It’s about culture, and demonstrating how art, architecture, and filmmaking all blend together.”

After the film screening, Architect Kyle Bergman, Founder and Director of the Architecture & Design Film Festival led a Q&A with Architect, Brown University Professor and Author Dietrich Neumann.
