Restaurant Piccolo re-opens this week, 18 months after a two alarm fire destroyed Georgetown’s 31st Street eatery.
From A to Zuppa, this intimate hideaway serving pastas and other traditional Italian plates, has been a neighborhood favorite since 1986. The second floor balcony overlooking the C & O Canal is popular for romantic reservations – while Piccolo’s indoor roving violin player strikes the right notes for a bella noche.
