Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. ‘Whitlows on Water’ — This Cruise is Crushin’ It

Because there really is nothing better than seeing DC by boat… except maybe sightseeing DC in a floating boat bar!

The brand new Whitlow’s on Water – in partnership with Sea Suite Cruises which brought DC the Potomac Paddle Boat – is launching its 48-person tiki cruises of the Potomac, setting off from Georgetown Harbor and Navy Yard starting on St. Patrick’s Day weekend!

The 50-foot floating bar offers full drinks service as well as food from the Whitlow’s catering menu. 

Whitlow’s on Water has a U-shaped bar surrounded by stool seating and plush couch seating around the vessel. Enjoy two televisions, an on-board bathroom, and the ability to be full-covered in case of inclement weather.
