On Tuesday, February 9 2016 at 7p.m. The Fashion Group International® of Greater Washington, DC, Inc. (FGIDC) will host a spring fashion trends and photo exhibit at Warner Theatre.
FGIDC will present the Fashion Group International’s curated trend presentation followed by an exhibit featuring fashion trends interpreted through the lens of top DC photographers. Attendees will find unique inspiration and a comprehensive presentation for the season’s trends as presented on the runways at New York Fashion Week, including athleisure, layering and relaxed fits. The photographs will be up for silent auction and will benefit FGIDC’s upcoming outreach initiatives.

Event: The Hecht Warehouse at Ivy City will host a Fashion Show on Thursday, April 14, 2016, in conjunction with local D.C. fashion designers and retailers Rosies and Rockers, Michelle C. Gibson, Mila and Fire, Carrie Rockwell, Ankara Streets, Elite Fitz, Brown and Williams Clothiers, Beyond The Velvet Rope and Deborah Mdurvwa. The free event, executed by On Tap Production, will include a runway show, complimentary food and drinks, entertainment and live music.

Tigerlily Foundation is pleased to present the 4th Annual Pajama Glam 2016, for women and girls of all ages to dress in their favorite pajamas and celebrate their “fabulousness”, while learning about health, wellness and prevention. The 4th Annual Pajama Glam 2016 event will take place Saturday, June 18th from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Hotel Monaco, 480 King Street, Alexandria, VA. Guests will enjoy a glamorous line up of activities including a fashion show, yoga, zumba, dancing, pamper stations, glam stations, sweet treat stations, wellness activities, celebrity appearances and much more. The event was originated by Noelle Karmo when she was 6 years old, and she envisioned an event to attract and educate young girls about their breast and body health, while raising awareness for younger women.
