An industry leader in accessible luxury handbags, accessories, footwear, and apparel, Rebecca Minkoff will be at Tysons Corner Center for a special ticketed event to talk about her career as a fashion designer and businesswoman in which her modern bohemian designs are inspired by strong, confident and powerful women who embody the effortless, free-spirited lifestyle. In 2005, Rebecca designed her first handbag, which she dubbed the “Morning After Bag,” a.k.a. the “M.A.B.” This iconic bag ignited Rebecca’s career as a handbag designer and inspired the brand’s expansion into a lifestyle brand in the years to come. The event will feature activations and giveaways paired with sips and savory bites. This fireside-style chat is hosted by the Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative in partnership with Tysons Corner Center, Bloomingdales, and the Hyatt Tysons Corner Center.

Toast to the Festival season and celebrate spring in style during the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s Pink Tie Dinner Party, on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 6:30 PM returning to the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, with venue host, TCMA (A Drew Company).

The Festival encourages attendees to don their finest pink, spring-inspired attire for an evening of dazzling entertainment, incredible cuisine, and joyful celebration. Tickets are available now. New this year, the annual fundraising event will take on a new dinner party format — an exclusive twist on the fabulous and beloved celebration. 

In addition to festive entertainment, attendees will enjoy a welcome reception with sushi and sake tasting, internationally-inspired culinary delights crafted by TCMA Executive Chef Houman Gohary, and beverages throughout the evening with an exclusive XR cocktail/mocktail experience provided by ARTECHOUSE DC. Additionally, attendees can support the mission of the Festival by participating in a silent auction. 

Tickets are limited and can be purchased HERE for $250 per person. Attendees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to access the event. All proceeds from the event and silent auction will go to help keep most events by National Cherry Blossom Festival, a 501(c)3 organization, free and open to the public.

You will learn (and taste) the connections between dishes like Peru’s ceviche, Japan’s tempura, and Britain’s fish and chips! In this 24-seat, private experience, Professor Jurafsky’s unique style will entertain and educate diners about the incredible story of food’s global journeys, while Immigrant Food’s chef, Mile Montezuma, presents a specially curated, four-course menu with unique wine pairings.

Taking place on Saturday, May 21st, 2022, InfieldFest has a lineup of the biggest acts in dance music and hip-hop as part of Preakness 147.

InfieldFest will feature MTV Award-winning DJ and producer Marshmello, GRAMMY Award winners, The Chainsmokers, hip-hop sensation Moneybagg Yo, noted electronic DJ Frank Walker and more.
