Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Chinatown’s Zengo is slithering into the spirit of this sixth sign of the Zodiac with a Chinese New Year (bottomless) Brunch that — doesn’t involve eating any reptile — but does feature bold flavors symbolizing the promise of luck, longevity, and good fortune for the New Year.

Get a plateful before the annual parade, held this year on February 10, piling on the Scallop & Bacon Gyoza Dumplings to bring wealth and luck, Pekin Duck, which promises family and good fortune. And eat the long noodles for a long life!
