RIOT in Penn Quarter!!

Riots in London?  Soooo not funny.  DC’s new Riot Act Comedy Theater opening?  A hilarious happening.
On Wednesday night, a crowd of DC’s favorite fun lovers hit Penn Quarter to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Riot Act Comedy Theater. Attracting such local VIPs as WJLA’s Arch Campbell, Pink Line Project’s Philippa Hughes, and Fox 5’s Tony Perkins to get a first look at the town’s newest laugh factory, the opening night not only featured a sneak peak of the venue and samples from the theater menu… but also side stitching comedy.
Guests laughed out loud to DC’s own Charles Fleischer (scheduled to headline opening week!), Big Al Goodwin, and local King of Comedy Tony Woods while looking forward to the club’s future theme nights, weekly open mics and School of Comedy classes.
This Riot Act is only setting the funny on fire.
