Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey commemorate 20 years of P.T. Barnum with the company’s newest circus show, Barnum’s Funundrum!, now on view at the Verizon Center. Moving the circus into a new era, this fun for the whole family event showcases the usual acrobats, athletes and animals, as well as some artsy tech effects, in the spirit of the greatest showman of all time, P.T. Barnum.
The greatest show on earth features seven of the largest land animals in the world (don’t miss one doing a “trunk” stand!), a mesmerizing circus in the sky (and not ALL of the attempted tricks are actually accomplished), a clever creature rodeo (with a wandering watus!) and more, all under the musical management of the youngest Ringmaster in Ringling Bros. history, Johnathan Lee Iverson.
Tickets start at $14, with the sideshow taking center stage at the Verizon Center only until Sunday, March 27th.
