Get in Shape, Girl!

Fitness phenom Denise Austin launched a book tour for her new guide, “Denise’s Daily Dozen” Tuesday night at the National Press Club, detailing an everyday program to lose up to 12 pounds in just two weeks. After ten fitness books, 82 workout vids, and countless rerun classics of her ESPN and Lifetime fitness shows, there is still more to tell, as some 100,000 will resolve to – not just lose weight, but – get fit in 2010. Through recipes, workouts and general guidelines, Denise convinces us that “if we don’t squeeze [that butt], no one else will.”
