Honorary Chef Chair Adam Sobel of Bourbon Steak and more than 40 of Washington, D.C.’s top chefs representing the city’s best restaurants are preparing a unique sampling of the finest gourmet cuisine for guests to enjoy at the 15th annual St. Jude Gourmet Gala, presented by Hanover Research.

WHAT: The St. Jude Gourmet Gala and related auction support the pioneering research and exceptional care offered to children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, which is celebrating 50 years of finding cures for pediatric cancer and other deadly diseases, so no patient family ever pays St. Jude for anything. Other sponsors include Everfresh.

WHY: The St. Jude Gourmet Gala brings together the area’s most critically acclaimed chefs to raise awareness and funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which freely shares its research discoveries with the medical community. By doing so, every child saved at St. Jude means thousands more saved worldwide.

This annual sell-out event is attended by more than 750 business, financial and political leaders in the D.C. area. It is organized by an Honorary and Advisory Committee including Peter Dodge, Hanover Research CEO; David Gorodetski, Sage Communications COO; General George A. Joulwan, U.S. Army (Retired); and Chef Adam Sobel, Bourbon Steak Executive Chef.
