Because edible adventures are just as much a part of the Spirit of Georgetown as historic homes and parties for philanthropic purposes, the neighborhood’s newest nosh spot gave a preview of its legendary menu last Thursday night.

Serendipity 3, not yet open to the public, served up some of its famous fare (as prepared by Modern Events) at the Georgetown Ministry Center‘s 2010 Spirit of Georgetown event held at President Ulysses Grant‘s former coach house, now the home of Niloo and David Howe.

Serendipity3’s Mac & Cheese Pizza

Honoring Rev. Stuart Kenworthy and celebrating the 95th birthday of Ms. Frida Burling, the event cooked up funds for the Georgetown Ministry Center’s various community works and activities as well as an appetite for Serendipity 3’s Macaroni and Cheese Pizza.
