Chef Barton Seaver on Sustainable Food, How to Eat an Oyster

Local food notable Barton Seaver was on hand to sign copies of his book “For Cod and Country” Wednesday evening.  Greeting guests and allowing them to try some of his favorite recipes, Seaver talked to K Street Kate about some of DC’s current food fetishes.  He loves the oyster, but won’t be compiling a cookbook of oyster recipes any time soon.  Find out why!
