Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Andre Wells' After Dark Debauchery

Top event planner, Andre Wells (with wife Robyn at right) invited his fans and favorites for devilish debauchery at a Come and Play: After Dark costume party just steps from the White House Sunday Night, transforming the Decatur House  into a dance floored den of disguises and dalliance.   
It was the end of a weekend of Halloween haunts… though not quite the final trick-or-treat… and there was music, dancing, drinking, nosh and plenty of posing for pics in crazy costume. 

As a Big Mac belted tunes to the crowd (no joke!), a panel judged attendees for several categories of costume awards, in the end, dubbing Michael Jackson and his doctor, Conrad Muray (at right), the best duo – and overall – winners of the evening.
