Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Maxim Halloween Masquerade

So sexy it was scary.

Those were Maxim models and bottles at the club Monday night, when Maxim Magazine took over The Park for one in their 15 coast-to-coast city series of Halloween masquerade parties.  Four floors of costumed revelers brought the hot to DC’s Halloween as DJ Reach provided beats to accompany the overdose of booze.

Among the VIP masqueraders in the mix were Amanda Polk, Freddy Wyatt, Stephanie Jojokian, Garnett Woodham, Cat Bynum, Matt Schwartz and Victoria Michael.
