Elevators were fully loaded with cocktail bars and a dance party raged throughout the Newseum’s six-story atrium Friday night at the 2011 Capital Pride kickoff party. Co-sponsored by Brightest Young Things, the massive party drew nearly 3,000 guests, including professional drag queens, underwear models and gay pride supporters from across the country.
