Ritz Chef Fred Barasse loves Easter for the family, fun and fudge. But can eating up to a pound of the sweet stuff per day make him sick of chocolate?! Chef dishes on his Easter excitement while leading a class in creating their own edible work of art – designing chocolate eggs – at the Ritz in Tysons on Wednesday.
Egg decorating classes, both for children and adults will be held April 16th and 24th, including all materials and other delights – a like a souvenir chef’s hat for the kids, canapes and champagne for the “big kids.” Space is limited, reservations required. (703. 917.5499)
