PIGment.  Yes, folks, this is happening.

Ba Bay, a new modern Vietnamese restaurant in Capitol Hill, EcoFriendly Foods, an agricultural advocate and farm, and Tattoo Paradise are joining forces with Tittsworth.com to 1) tattoo a pig and then 2) eat it.*  

After the pigs have been inked, using all-natural cuttlefish ink of course, Ba Bay Chef Nick Sharpe will prepare them in modern Vietnamese fashion… Look forward to such delicacies as pork mousse and egg yolk dumplings in broth with smoked hock and celery hearts!

Reservations are required as seating is limited for this 5 course dinner to benefit the Red Cross in Japan on Monday, May 2nd. Seatings 5 PM and 8:30 PM, tickets $65.

*There is no danger from eating pork tattooed with cuttlefish ink.
