Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Over the last six years, the Fair Fund has assisted over 2,500 teen boys and girls in half a dozen countries and addressed the problem of human trafficking around the world and right in DC’s own backyard.
