Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. The newly-opened Museum of Illusions Washington DC is hosting a Valentine’s Day ‘Date Night: Sips and Sweets’ event on February 14th from 5-10 pm. For $37.95/person, couples are invited to visit the museum and experience an unforgettable date night with Valentine’s themed illusions, plus complimentary drinks and sweets.
Tickets are available on the museum’s website. To book a ticket during the event, guests will select February 14th and book a time slot between 5 and 10 pm.
