Strand Beach Brings Vegas-Style Day Parties to DC’s Rooftop Scene

After a buzzy grand opening weekend earlier this month, the team behind some of DC’s top nightlife spots (St Yves, Abigail, and Strand) is making waves with the return of Strand Beach, a rooftop day club that’s redefining how the District does summer.

Perched atop Deck 11 at YOTEL Washington DC, Strand Beach offers what organizers are calling the city’s first “Vegas-style” rooftop pool party. It’s a hybrid of high-energy music, luxury amenities, and sweeping Capitol views… all designed to channel resort vibes without ever leaving the city.

For those who haven’t visited the Yotel rooftop, the 8,000-square-foot venue features an 800-square-foot pool, shaded cabanas, VIP sections, and plush lounge seating. Guests to the daytime party can expect curated DJ sets, bottle service, and handcrafted cocktails, all set against a backdrop of skyline views and a lively weekend crowd.
