Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar Now Open in Bethesda

Peruvian gastrobar Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar has opened its third location — this latest on the retail level at 2 Bethesda Metro.

Helmed by Lima, Peru, native Chef Aldo Verastegui, this location joins the two other DC Pisco y Nazcas, known for their lively atmosphere, innovative cocktails, and signature dishes like Ceviche Tradicional, Lomo Saltado, and Chaufa.

In addition to the acclaimed lunch & dinner menus, the Bethesda location features an expansive bar, featuring cocktails and a curated selection of wines and craft beers from around the world.

There’s also an extended Happy Hour, offered daily from 4pm – 7pm, with discounted drink specials.

Guests can enjoy weekend brunch with an optional brunch pix fixe menu or an a la carte menu that features unique brunch dishes like Cholo Benedicto, Huevos Rancheros, and Lechón Hash.

Pisco y Nazca Bethesda is now open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Reservations can be made online via OpenTable. Business hours are Monday through Thursday from 11am – 10pm, Friday & Saturday from 11am – 11pm, and Sunday from 11am – 10pm.
