Local Non-Profit UnityBands Benefits COVID-19 Research

A local Marylander and his wife have started a non-profit benefitting COVID during these trying times.

John Schirrippa and his wife created UnityBands, custom white silicone wristbands ($3/ea), both to improve morale and to support COVID-19 response and research efforts, particularly through the University of Maryland Medical Center.

UnityBands’ green infinity logo signifies unity, fight, and hope — and a portion of the sale of each band and other available UnityBands merchandise is donated directly to the cause.

UnityBands has a goal of $10,000 for COVID-19 response and research.
