Inside the 69th Annual Salvation Army Fashion Show
The Salvation Army Women’s Auxillary of Washington, DC (SAWA-DC) 69th Annual Fashion Show, Luncheon and Auction dazzled with philanthropy and fashions from Bloomingdale’s in the grand ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton Tysons on Friday (10/26/18).
Through this annual fashion show, SAWA-DC provides support to previously homeless young mothers with children through The Salvation Army’s supported, independent living facility, and sends hundreds of local children to summer camp.
Masters of ceremony NBC 4 Chief Meteorologist Doug Kammerer and Anchor-Reporter Molette Green presided over a short program, before Bloomingdale’s of Tysons presented a Fall and Winter trend show.
Male and female odels walked the runway in the latest styles currently available at Bloomingdale’s and selected by stylist/show Producer Barbara McConaughey.
