Inside Drink the District’s Das Bier Bash

It’s that time of the year again… time for a traditional German celebration! The Oktoberfest tradition invites everyone to explore their love for Bavarian culture… and the wide variety of beer on hand.

At the recent Das Bier Bash hosted by Drink the District, men strapped on their lederhosen and ladies put on their dirndl to raise their miniature steins and yell “Prost!” as they enjoyed an unlimited tasting of over 75 German-style beers.

Das Bier Bash brought the taste of Bavaria, a live oompah band, a live DJ, a number of DC food trucks, lawn games, photo booth, crowd contests and more to DC.  Das ist gut, ja?  Definitely a “ja!”
