Georgia Brown’s Is Back!

With all of the shiny new restaurants that seemed to always be opening in DC pre-COVID, we especially appreciated the District’s iconic spots… where we still have a menu full of memories.

And now, after a pandemic shutdown and extensive renovation, one of our all-time favorite buffet brunch spots is back. There’s no buffet of course, but the Southern-inspired Georgia Brown’s is re-opening this weekend.

Don’t worry, the Low Country menu is intact. Charleston Perlau; Carolina Gumbo; Shrimp & Grits. Yum! But guests will notice that the entrance has widened, the bar refashioned, and lighter colors and garden windows give the space brightness and freshness.

Our only Georgia Brown’s reopening regret is that the renowned buffet will have to be served from an à la carte menu, but we can’t wait to see you when the Bountiful Sunday Brunch resumes Sunday, November 8th, 2020.
