Big Patio Alert! Proper 21 Opens At 21st & K Streets NW

You’ll always remember where to find it.  Right and proper — at 21st and K Streets NW — Proper 21K the second iteration of Will Strozier and Rob Zahn’s Proper Social on F Street, opened last week with a proper Grand Opening patio party!

This is the type of Foggy Bottom spot that has something for everyone. The location is well-situated for a business lunch or a friendly gathering spot near to both Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle. Inside you can cheer on sports teams while enjoying traditional American food. The venue’s opening night release states that all of Proper 21K’s entrées will be available in family size or as individual portions, and guests can add a bottle of wine to their entrée purchase for just $19.

But the best part is actually Proper 21K’s expansive 2,000 square foot patio. With everyone looking for outdoor options — weather and safety remain a deciding factor — the patio is perfect for Fall lunch dates, happy hours, and viewing ‘parties’ (whether sport playing or politics is your pleasure).

Proper 21K is also open late. The kitchen is open seven days a week from 11:30AM-11PM, with the bar open until last call.
