Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Pay What You Can

We’re not only petered out from purchasing holiday presents, but exhausted from the economy as well… wondering how to pay for some post-holiday entertainment. But we’re jonesing for a night out of the house – and away from the bars, please! And funny enough, we found it!

From VH1, Comedy Central and MTV, Matt Kazam comes to the DC Improv tonight. Once monthly, the Improv offers an experience for the budget-strapped to bowl over with laughter for only the amount they can afford. Tonight’s the night!

Tickets may still be purchased in advance for this evening at the normal ticket price of $15.00, but tickets to “Pay What You Can” are available on a first come first served basis upon availability. Doors open at 6:30 for a showtime at 8 PM. *18 and older only.
