Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Vintage Virginia®, a great summer tradition, will be bigger and better than ever when The Trigger Agency takes over management of the Virginia Wineries Association’s festival.  The festival will return to Bull Run Regional Park Saturday, June 4th Sunday, June 5th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. (Special limited tickets sales start Tuesday, January 12, 2016.)

“We are very excited to be able to bring back Virginia’s favorite wine festival VINTAGE VIRGINIA® to Bull Run in early June,” said Laurie Aldrich, Executive Director of the Virginia Wineries Association.   “This year we have partnered with the largest producer of wine and beer festivals, The Trigger Agency from Baltimore, Maryland to take the event to the next level and keep it going for years to come.”

More than just a wine tasting, the Festival will again bring together award winning celebrity chefs, artisanal craftsmen, culinary pioneers, fantastic music, as well as wine from the top Virginia wine producers.  Guests will be able to sample all of the varieties as well as purchase them by the glass and the bottle, on-site at special event-only low prices.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, January 12th at 10 a.m. with special pricing for 10 days including:  2 for 1 discounting for each day, in addition to tickets being 25%-off until January 22, 2016.  Tickets include a VIP Admission One Day Pass for Saturday $69 or Sunday for $59 and a General Admission One Day Pass for $30 in advance/$40 onsite. Designated driver tickets are also available in advance.
