Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. Wilson Hardware: Halloweekend “Haunted Hardware”+ “Thriller on Wilson” (10/28 + 10/29)

Wilson Hardware, located in the heart of Clarendon, is hosting a two-night Halloweekend event on Friday, October 28th + Saturday, October 29th. The weekend will kick off with a “Haunted Hardware” costume party on Friday, Oct. 28th where guests can enjoy a DJ from 9 PM – close and enter for the chance to win “Best Costume.” The following night, Saturday,  join the “Thriller on Wilson” party for more music from 9 PM – close and take another shot at entering a second costume contest.
