Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. National Geographic Live Announces Photographer Lineup for First Ever National Geographic Photo Fest

WHAT:        National Geographic Live is excited to announce an amazing lineup of photographers who will be involved in the first ever National Geographic Photography Festival. Photo Fest will be a day full of inspiration and exclusive access to National Geographic staff and world-class photographers. The event will also provide learning and networking opportunities such as portfolio reviews, a Your Shot photo walk, live portrait demonstrations and a closing celebration.
