Wonder Bread Factory Building in Shaw

Do Good Summit is a one-day, intensive, interactive conference for entrepreneurs, innovators, small business owners, advocates, and change makers who believe in the power of doing good AND doing well. Workshops, panels and speakers will teach entrepreneurs how to run successful businesses with streamlined, innovative operations while maintaining a positive social and environmental impact.

Heurich House Museum Executive Director, Kim Bender (@the_location), will moderate “The Business of History in Washington, DC”, a Do Good Summit panel discussion about how the local history of the Capital is woven through the fabric of local business, and how to leverage and celebrate that history to make your business stronger.  Anna Kahoe, Owner, Good Wood & Blagden Alley Social Club (@ark67), Nizam Ali, Co-Owner, Ben’s Chili Bowl & Ben’s Next Door (@benschilibowl), and Thor Cheston, Co-Founder, Right Proper Brewery (@ThorCheston), will talk about their experiences.
