Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Her media portfolio includes a spread in Elle magazine and features on Inside Edition and BBC World News’ “The Real Cities” series. The Commentary Social House is excited to once again partner with SADBrunch on Sunday, September 24th for its ‘Brunchin’ with The Queens’ drag brunch hosted by CakePop.

Doors open at 11 a.m. and the shows kick off at noon for an unforgettable experience filled with top-notch entertainment, delectable food, and spectacular performances by none other than Amber Lexington, Kayden Chloe, and CakePop. Admission includes a seat and an exclusive meet & greet with the queens, with the option to indulge in a brunch buffet, a specialty cocktail menu, and a limited a la carte menu available for purchase during the event.

The buffet menu will feature an Omelette Station, Carving Station Ft. Prime Rib W/Gravy & Au Jus, Red Snapper W/ Lemon Chorizo Butter, Pork Sausage & Bacon, Chicken & Waffle, Smoked Salmon, French Toast, Sushi, Salad Station, Assorted Mini Tarts, Cupcakes, and Fresh Fruit. It’s a culinary experience fit for a queen!
