Casa Nonna Opens in Dupont

Family-style Italian eateries are hot, hot, hot this Spring in DC – and Tuesday evening’s opening of Casa Nonna in Dupont was as sizzling as its wood burning oven.  

Guests packed into the newly opened restaurant which took over the prominent former California Pizza Kitchen space on Connecticut Avenue, to sample buffet-style dishes in the main dining room, sip cocktails at the grand front bar, and cozy up to the pizza bar.
