Kate Michael, @kstreetkate, is a Writer/Model/On-Camera Host and Event Emcee. Notable as the Founder and current Editor-At-Large of K Street Magazine, Kate started the site while serving as Miss District of Columbia 2006 and competing in Miss America (2007). Currently, Kate works as a professional spokesperson and model, walking the runway for such industry icons as Valentino, Derek Lam, Naeem Kahn and Oscar de la Renta. Thursday night at the Crime and Punishment Museum, representatives from Fitness Together dished about their work with the American Diabetes Association at an event to promote involvement in the ADA’s annual fundraising run. The crime of poor health maintenance has very severe potential effects!
