Winter Restaurant Week 2022 Dates Announced
Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) came out with two BIG announcements in December. First, the trade association representing restaurants and the foodservice industry in the DC metropolitan area announced the appointment of its new President & CEO, Shawn Townsend, effective mid-January 2023.
And just in time for Townsend to dig into everything on his plate in the new job, RAMW also announced that Winter Restaurant Week — with its specially priced menus — is back January 16 – 22, 2023.
Participating restaurants will offer multi-course brunch and lunch menus for $25 per person, and multi-course dinner menus for $40 or $55 per person for on-premises dining. Many restaurants will also offer RW-To-Go dinner meals and cocktail pairings available at two price points: $70 or $100 for two people and $140 or $200 for four people. (Pro Tip: Enjoy extended brunch offerings on Monday, January 16, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.)
Keep in mind that this is a chance for a post-holiday catch-up at one of your favorite local restaurants, or the perfect opportunity to try a place you’ve had on our list for a while! There are participating venues all over town… so visit www.rwdmv.com for links to participating restaurants, special menus, contact information, and hours of operation and nab your reservations now.
