We’re Like Butterflies to This Georgetown Bellini Garden

Dyllan’s Raw Bar Grill (1054 31st Street, NW) recently debuted Historic Georgetown’s perfect response to those bier gardens popping up all over the place: its new Bellini Garden is oh-so-sophisticated and garden party perfect.

The 36 seat Bellini Garden is an outdoor oasis for brunchers, including those with children. Set back from 31st Street, vibrant with plantings and festoon lighting, the Canal Square Courtyard offers plenty of stroller parking with picnic table seating set against Old-World architecture.

While a Bellini is, traditionally, Prosecco and peach purée or nectar, Dyllan’s does its own makers’ menu, allowing guests to choose from seasonal house-made, cold-pressed juices and sparkling wine in flavors of Clementine, Pear and Raspberry, as well as savory Beet and Carrot.

Tempting brunch dishes pair perfectly with these daytime drinks, so Dyllan’s offers a Bottomless Bellini brunch feature priced at $35 per person (tax and gratuity not included) to accompany a meal.

It’s the best bellini deal in (George)town!
