Toy Story & Four Other Disney Favorites Combine for ‘Worlds of Enchantment’
Four favorite Disney stories skate along together as Disney On Ice presents Worlds of Enchantment at the Capital One Arena for ten performances from February 14-18. The action-packed ice spectacular showcases beloved characters from Disney•Pixar’s Cars, Toy Story 3, Disney’s The Little Mermaid and Academy Award®-winning Frozen.
It all starts with Mickey’s Dance-Along Pre-Show, then enthusiasts will see high-speed stunts, as Lightning McQueen and the crew of Disney•Pixar’s Cars race across the ice and dive into adventure with Ariel from Disney’s The Little Mermaid, as she explores her undersea kingdom.
Entering the wintry world of Arendelle with sisters Anna and Elsa and pals Olaf and Kristoff from Disney’s Frozen, attendees will join along as the characters learn that true love comes from within.
And the toys are back in town with heroic action when Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the Disney•Pixar Toy Story gang as they escape Sunnyside Daycare in a daring adventure to get back to Andy’s room!
“It’s such a great show with a little something for everyone,” Kyle Shropshire (Woody) tells K Street Magazine. “I am fortunate enough to portray the role of Woody and in this show we get to bring the loveable story of Toy Story 3 to the ice!”
“As a part of our show Worlds of Enchantment, Mickey has been able to skate across the world! It being his
90th birthday, I am so lucky to join him on the ice and help bring joy to so many families around the globe!”
And D.C. is a particularly exciting stop on the journey for this hockey fan from Chicago… “I am really excited to bring the show to the home of the 2018 Stanley Cup Champions! …It will be a great experience to perform in the Capital One Arena.”
From wheels to waves, icy wonderlands to infinity and beyond, the show is a chance to see some of your family’s favorite Disney moments come to life with ten performances at the Capital One Arena from February 14 – 18. Tickets start at $20.
